I have been back behind the ironing board for a few days now and I just have one last very special person that I need to thank, my Mum đ¸
This is her in the picture, she didn't want to show her face apparently she is shy, yeah right đ¤ˇââď¸. Without Mum's help the last couple of weeks I don't think I would have been able to pull of my wonderful walking adventure and still keep my little business ticking over while I was away walking the length of the Sunshine Coast, so a huge big THANK YOU MUM â¤ď¸
Mum has been thrown a few curve balls this year, some due to Covid and others, well just happened, life can be like that sometimes âšď¸ but she just keeps putting one foot in front of the other, one day at a time, she is a tough cookie and I have a lot to learn from her still and I have been fortunate enough to know her for 42 years haha.
She is resilient my Mum, hard working, honest and speaks her mind. She has strong beliefs and morals, sees most things in black and white and doesn't let other peoples options faze her. She is loyal and forgiving and has a heart of gold. Like most Mothers & Daughters we have our moments even after 42 years especially when she doesn't put the coat hangers all around the same way đ who does that, but I love her and am so grateful that she is now living closer.
Thanks for everything Mum, you are a gem đ
